Shure shows off new lineup of headsets at NAMM 2011

At the 2011 NAMM (National Association of Music Merchants) show in Anaheim, California; Shure, one of the world's leading brands in audio equipment introduced a new range of listening devices. The SE215 is a pair of sound isolating earphones that feature a Dynamic MicroDriver to help deliver rich, warm sounds into your eardrums. It comes with a detachable cable, 3 pairs of black sleeves, three pairs of soft flex sleeves, and a carrying case. It comes in clear or translucent black and will retail for about $100. Next up we have the SRH550DJ – professional DJ headphones that feature 50mm drivers for extended bass, a super-aural design for better sound isolation, and an adjustable, collapsible headband. The headphones also come with a 6.3mm adaptor for you to plug into different sized sockets, and a carrying case for easy storage. It will also retail for a $100. Lastly we have the SRH940 – professional reference headphones designed for professional use. It comes with a collapsible headband, is lightweight, has a 6.3mm adapter, 2 detachable cables – straight and coiled, a replacement set of ear pads, and a zippered hard carrying case. It won't come cheap though, the SRH940 will set you back $300. All 3 models will be available this spring. Which one of these headsets would you lend your ears to?
