With the news that Verizon is going to carry the iPhone 4 as of February 10, many are looking to upgrade their smartphone – either by switching to Verizon or moving up within AT&T. We know we are, because we want to bundle our cell phone with an existing Verizon deal.

NextWorth is looking to subsidize your next move. The company offers consumers electronics upgrades and trade-ins,and claims to be offering the highest trade-in values to current iPhone and Smartphone owners
(prices below).

NextWorth also provides easy ways to upgrade – in-store at 847 Target locations, or via their web site. (NextWorth offers free, fully-insured UPS shipping service to all online customers.) At Target stores, consumers can now instantly
trade-in and trade-up to either receive credit toward the purchase of a new
iPhone 4, or a prepaid Target card for the value of the trade-in.

Here is what is listed on the site for current trade-in values for fully functional phones in "Like New" condition:
• iPhone 3GS 32GB - $201
• iPhone 3GS 16GB - $155
• iPhone 3G 16GB - $125
• iPhone 3G 8GB – $91.50

If you've tried this service before, let us know!
