CES 2011, Las Vegas - During Lunch at Piero's yesterday, the place to go during CES for top quality Italian food, VIA was once again at the event to showcase its newest wares. This year the big thing for VIA Tech is it's new 40nm dual-core CPU called the Nano X2 clocked at 1.4GHz.

Stu from VIA was kind enough to give us a rundown on the product and some of its capabilities in the demo system that was on display. What is impressive is VIA managed to add in a second core, but keep around the same TDP as the single core part.
