We previously caught wind of an upcoming Android-powered phone from Samsung destined for the South Korean market, dubbed the M190S. Now a picture of the phone has surfaced, along with some specifications to go with it. The M190S is said to be similar to Samsung's popular Galaxy S phone, though it will feature a new design and a built-in HDMI-output.
