NTT DoCoMo announces Galapagos SH-07 Tablet’s debut

Introduced last November 2010, DoCoMo SH07C, a Sharp Galapagos Based e-Book reader, with a 5.5" (1024×600) Touch-screen and the support of Sharp new XMDF e-Book format is scheduled to be sold in Japan before the end of this month (2011/1/21). This SH-07 will of course come with 3G and WiFi.
