Many Verizon subscribers out there are still waiting to get hold of a Windows Phone 7 device on the carrier and it definitely looks like we're inching in that direction. Folks have noticed that a HTC 7 Trophy has just passed through the FCC packing a CDMA radio, giving a strong hint that it's expected to arrive on Verizon very soon. A name wasn't specifically mentioned, but the FCC reports gave a model number of PC40200, which is very close to the PC40100 of the European version of the Trophy. With Microsoft set to release a software update to bring CDMA compatibility to WP7, it seems that there aren't too many obstacles anymore.
