Toshiba MK4001GRZB, the new “Pro” SSD from Toshiba

Toshiba has introduced today in Japan three new SSDs designed primarily from an enterprise usage with the MK4001GRZB Series. Available in 100, 200 and 400GB these 2.5" SAS SSDs are capable to sustain 90,0000 IOPS during read operations and 17,0000 IOPS while writing data at a sequential sustain reading speed of 510MB/s and a 230MB/s writing speed while only consuming 6.5W.
