The batteries are fine (I have a high and low capacity): they will charge if I put them in their cradle location by themselves. However, they will not charge when they are in the unit and it is docked in the cradle. Oddly, I CAN sync to the pc from the cradle. I have a plug in charging cable and that will not get the charging light on, either. (And I have left it plugged in overnight to find no additional charge in the battery.) A piece of plastic has fallen off the cradle unit on the side of the pins, but there is no apparent damage to the unit or to the plug in charging cable.
