Mitsubishi Electric has announced a new model in their DIAFINE line of industrial LCD monitors, the AA090AA01. At nine inches, this TFT LCD module has a QHD resolution (960×540 pixels) and a 16:9 aspect ratio, making it perfect for monitors in such settings as broadcasting studios; it packs an LED backlight rated for 100K hours of accumulated use in its 9.5mm-thick body, and boasts a 170-degree-wide and -high viewing angle, as well as an 8ms refresh time.
